These Terms apply to your use of nhdigitaldesigns.com and to the products and services offered by NH Digital Designs, a business of Nature’s Heart LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
Digital Products and Templates
- When you purchase a template or digital product, you receive a license to use it. You do not own the design itself.
- You may customize and use products for your own business. Client or commercial use is allowed only where the product listing says so.
- You may not resell, share, or redistribute our products or files, in original or edited form, as templates or digital products of your own.
- Files are delivered by instant download link after purchase.
- Template content: Text, tips, captions and facts included in our templates (for example, baking, beauty, health or business tips) are sample content only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and confirming that everything you publish is accurate and right for your business, including any industry rules or licensing requirements. NH Digital Designs is not responsible for errors in, or results from, content you publish.
Refund Policy
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final and we do not offer refunds. If you have any trouble with a purchase, such as a missing file, a file that won’t open, or a technical issue, email us at hello@nhdigitaldesigns.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Website in a Week
- Service agreement: Each Website in a Week project is covered by a written service agreement. If anything in your agreement differs from these Terms, your agreement controls.
- Pricing and payment: Website in a Week starts at $599. A 50% deposit reserves your design week, and the remaining 50% is due at launch, when your website goes live. Your final price and payment details are set out in your service agreement.
- Your design week: Your website is designed and launched within 7 days of your scheduled start date, as long as we’ve received the content and information we need from you. Content deadlines are set out in your service agreement.
- What you provide: You’re responsible for providing your logo, photos, text, and business information, and for having the rights to use them.
- Changes and support: Changes requested during your design week are included. Support and changes after launch are handled as described in your service agreement.
- Domain and hosting: Clients purchase and own their own domain name and hosting account. We’re happy to recommend options, but domain and hosting costs are paid by the client and are not included in the Website in a Week price.
- Ownership: Once paid in full, the website content created for you is yours to use. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, and stock images remain subject to their own licenses.
Use of Our Website
Content on this site, including text, graphics, and designs, belongs to Nature’s Heart LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our products and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nature’s Heart LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service involved.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
